We had a brilliant time in BA & Antarctica - the cruise well exceeded our expectations.

Firstly thank you for the arrangements you made for us in BA, the taxi pick up was fine and the Ulises an excellent choice.

The city tour was also great. We found a Tango show open open for 1st Jan.

The EL Lynn Woodward was fantastic and she had a great team working with her - we made it south of the Circle and were rewarded with a close humpback siting from the Zodiacs. Basically we saw all the wildlife we were expecting. The attached photo was taken just before the glacier behind us calved. The Ioffe is a great ship, silent, manoeuverable, stabilised and a nice experienced crew. Our cabin was fine and very convenient on Deck 3 for dining room and accessing all areas of the ship - along the passage for the bar and mud room, down to the presentation room and up to the decks. We had a slightly rough outwards passage and the central location helped our stomachs.

We came back with thousands of photos, hours of video, great memories and new friends. Sonia would go back tomorrow even though there were no english speaking children of her age group.
